Numatic Finishing Corp provides industrial metal finishing services, including powder coating and related processes. Any specific project, quote, or service agreement will be governed by a separate written proposal, quote, or contract signed by both parties.
All work performed remains our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the finished product transfers to the customer, subject to any applicable liens or terms in the project agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in our quotes, invoices, or service agreements. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or as specified in the agreement.
Late payments may incur fees of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law). We reserve the right to withhold delivery or suspend services until payment is received in full.
Refunds or cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided once production has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Any warranty on finished products is limited to the terms expressly stated in your specific service agreement. We do not warrant against damage caused by improper use, handling, or environmental factors after delivery.
If you submit information through contact forms, quote requests, or other means, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information as necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide services.
You represent that any information you provide is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights.
